3k under is a good place to start. Anything past that is kind of a joke.

Go with whichever one you personally like the most (and fits your budget the best), and make changes as you see fit would be my answer.

Certainly a trick piece... but saying it's 15 lbs lighter than an equivalent wheel is a bit of a stretch, unless you're calling an economy rim an equivalent.

I'm guessing that they'll say that the 350R is more refined and a better overall package, even if the performance numbers are close. That you basically can't get a Z-28 as a 2016 model is likely going to be a factor as well.
