My Car... Removal is easy! Once you take the door panel off there are like 5-6 screws holding the handle in place simply unscrew and the handle will then be free'd. Piece of cake.
Here's what the door trim looks like painted. My project is finally all complete. The rest of the interior pieces are all factory chromed. Love the turnout of this project.
The silver door trim pieces are easy to remove. Simply remove the door panel and behind it you'll notice that the door trim pieces are screwed in. Simple remove the 6 screws and the door trim will come off. I actually painted mine over the weekend. Looks great! Post pics of yours.

The question is how do you remove the air bag? In the previous gen that was a walk in the park. I cant seem to figure this one out however on the S550.

I've been at it for a week now trying to get my steering wheel trim removed from my 15 S550. No luck thus far. Needless to say its super frustrating. Has anyone else taken these off for any reasoning and can provide some insight on how to do so? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank You in advance!
