    Thankyou Engineermike for explaining the need for PI on 2.3 ecoboost. Also Ford says nay to using spray cleaning intake passages and coked up intake valves because the spray can damage turbos and cats. Ford solved the problem on the 2.7 and 3.5 Eco. and the 5.0 n/a --- why not the 2.3 ?

    Bought my 2015 GT at age 77 because it allegedly could run in the high 12's in the i/4 mile. It did it in 12.8 many times.

    I enjoy the base GT --- fast and fun as a stock car -- also prefer the cloth seats.

    Look at the 1/4 mile list -- stock cars on stock tires auto. trans. top 3 had 3.55's next 5 had 3.15.

    highest milage car My 1987 Buick limited Turbo --- Grand National running gear. Bought it new for 17,600 and sold it in 2006 for 8k with 207,000 miles. Fun car --- ran the 1/4 mile in the mid 13s.

    I have the 2015 GT with the foundry wheels. It appears to go smaller ( 17'' or 16'' ) I'd need to change the brake rotor. Is it possible to do this with a Ford rotor and use the same caliper ?

    My trunk lid was very hard to close.
