Thanks for all the replies everyone. Took the car back to the original installer today and indeed the IMRC connectors had been inadvertently trapped under the manifold. Luckily neither the wires nor the connectors got damaged in any way. They got me all squared away and I'm back to boost. :cheers:

Anyone have a guesstimate for the effort involved in uninstalling the blower/manifold just enough to free that pinched harness?

Looks like my installer pinched the IMRC connectors under the intake manifold!

Thanks Shawn, I can't see any blue connectors back there. Are these blue connectors part of the Whipple kit or are they OEM? Would these plugs be open if the IC relay hasn't been hooked up yet? I didn't do the original install and I'm trying to install the retrofit so my fans and pump turn on...

I'm trying to install the intercooler pump relay pcm control retrofit pigtail I cannot locate the IMRC connector illustrated in the instructions below. Searching the passenger side connectors behind the engine I only see a 6 pin and 3 pin. Where is this IMRC connector???? :headbonk:
