Nice talking with you at the Mustang Roundup. Like the car. I'm kicking myself now that I didn't have you start it up for me. Catch you at the next get together.
  3. Headers - What size primaries for stage 2 Whipple?

I haven't seen much talk about 2 inch primaries for these coyotes. Seems like most people go with with 1-7/8 headers for these cars, even with forced induction. Why? Anyone running Kooks or ARH 2 inch long tubes with a Whipple? Targeting say 700 RWHP.

  5. Whipple car runs bad - tune issues

Update. So the problem I described above continued to be present for about 5 additional days of driving. I then performed another crank relearn and problem solved. The bad stumble and hesitation I was experiencing in 5th and 6th is gone. There is still an occasional stumble on throttle tip in in...

  7. Whipple car runs bad - tune issues

This exact thing happened to me. New tune felt great for the 1st 100 or so miles on a spirited drive. Then all of the sudden power was way down. I started to experience stumble/hesitation on tip in on 5th and 6th gear and boost went way down. With the windows down I can now hear a whistle when...

  11. Help! I can't find the 2pin IMRC connector for Whipple pigtail

Thanks for all the replies everyone. Took the car back to the original installer today and indeed the IMRC connectors had been inadvertently trapped under the manifold. Luckily neither the wires nor the connectors got damaged in any way. They got me all squared away and I'm back to boost.
  12. Help! I can't find the 2pin IMRC connector for Whipple pigtail

Anyone have a guesstimate for the effort involved in uninstalling the blower/manifold just enough to free that pinched harness?
  13. Help! I can't find the 2pin IMRC connector for Whipple pigtail

Looks like my installer pinched the IMRC connectors under the intake manifold!
  14. Help! I can't find the 2pin IMRC connector for Whipple pigtail

Thanks Shawn, I can't see any blue connectors back there. Are these blue connectors part of the Whipple kit or are they OEM? Would these plugs be open if the IC relay hasn't been hooked up yet? I didn't do the original install and I'm trying to install the retrofit so my fans and pump turn on...
  15. Help! I can't find the 2pin IMRC connector for Whipple pigtail
