I had a case opened wil Ford Service Since May 7th with followup twice a week but nothing move ! Ford Service department do their best but they can't do nothing except gives status when they have news from others departments.
My car was parked at the Plant in April & May...
Finaly we found what is missing !
I had the confirmation from Ford Customer Care Director. The stupid Issue I'm talking about it's the Window Sticker.

Ford Canada doesn't want to deliver the car to the dealer without it inside the...
The Mustang is still at the Rail Park, they never and the can't deliver it to the dealer.
This morning I called back the dealer & the Customer Care Services they did't have any clue what going on !
At the end of the morning, they called my back and they said for raison that we don't know at...
Dealer called and my car is at Montreal waiting for a Truck. More details to come!!

Hi nothing very concret from my side, only a PM from Ford Customer Service this morning saying : "This batch of vehicles has started trickling out of the plant. Your will move soon as well"
I call back for my Claim saying no status changes fo my car !

Like others, my Mustang is still at Flat Rock Assembly Plant MI, awaiting to be ship since March 31.
The big challenge here it's to get a real shipping...
Hi to make a claim you have to call at Ford Canada Customer Service 1 (800) 565-3673.
You need to provide your Order number and the Car VIN. Insist to have a follow-up with a Director.

It's look like very similar to my case but a month after. At the begining the dealer talked with the regional rep, he said "Transport Issues" but after that nobody confirm me that!
