Has anyone used a top cleaner/ protectant? I know chemical guys, raggtop, and 303 all make one. Does anyone have any experience with them or some other brand I missed?

Hello everyone, I have a 2015 gt convertible 6 speed with around 700 miles on it. Anytime I try to activate the line lock I get a message that line lock is not available see owners manual. I've followed all the instructions on the display and in the owners manual. Anyone have any thought?
