Why 40k? Are you not doing X-plan? And if not why not, its $40 or 50 bucks to save thousands. I built one that is 37500 that has redline PP & enhanced security. If I didn't get anything else off add 1200 for Tag Title Tax and doc fees its still less than 39. :)
