When I was looking around, I found a dealer that was willing to go into their holdback to beat everybody. I then shopped around to the other dealers, and found a reputable one that would match that for the sale. I ended up coming 400 below invoice before rebates and coupons. Then I decided to...
Do not let them wash the car or detail the car. Do that yourself, or have a third party with reputable reviews do that. Heck, take the packing foam and wrap off yourself.
So, I slept on it, did some thinking... and I'm gonna wait and get the '16 GT Premium. That or a performance package Ecoboost Premium if I can get past the exhaust noise. Thanks guys.
Brian, will there by any other changes to the V6 Mustang or will it carry on as it did this year? I know you've said premium is a no-go, but it'd be nice to see if there's been anything else added.
Aw. Dang it.
I think for me, it's finding that balance. I work with a lot of people who see a car as an appliance and are surprised I'm buying new, let alone a Mustang. Yet at the other end are guys who grew up working on engines, or on the track. It seems like I just have to sleep on it and...
So, it's actually really hard to find 93 where I live. 87-91 is standard. Occasional 94 at a station in the suburbs.
OppoLock? Wait, OppoLock from Jalopnik? Cool. I suppose I should figure out if my life is my car, or if I want to be young and do all the things I can't do when I'm older...
I have about $2000 of rebates that expire on 4/30, so the order would be made before then for the V6- I've already gotten a price below invoice. Add these rebates in, I'm hitting 11% under invoice. I'd be giving them up with a GT.
Interesting, I always felt the Focus ST was much bigger inside...
That moment you realize you spelt S550 as SS50...
I've been looking around for a used Mustang in this area - Anything after 2011 is hard to find, though the V6s tend to be in great shape for what they are. They just approach the cost of the 2015 V6 real quick- A 2013 V6 is just $2K less than...
I could save it, but there still be a part of me that will go "Holy crap! I could have spent $15K on something else! Like part of the down payment on a condo, or a year's rent, or..." you get my point. But I suppose you have a point.
Hi guys.
The Mustang is my dream car, and the moment I saw the S550 I knew the time had come to achieve said dream. But right now, I'm split between the V6 and the GT.
There's something to be said about owning a GT. It's the penultimate Mustang. It's what I feel a Mustang should be. I like all...
Got offered 7% below invoice on a 2015 V6 S550, including several rebates. With zero percent financing (Hooray for great credit score) is this a good deal, or can I do much better?
More importantly, why are several dealers so desperate to unload S550s at this time?
Hey guys!
I’m a post-grad student looking at getting a 2015 Mustang V6 sometime this year on factory order. I’m Canadian, so a lot of the values here don’t help me as much as I’d like. Hooray for the horrible Canadian dollar.
The MSRP on a 2015 Mustang V6 Fastback is $24999. With the options...
