I just retried after letting it sit a hour. I looked under load stock and there's nothing. When I try loading the new tune I get this message. Could not initialize communications with vehicle (w,258). Check connections and try again. I checked the connection and tried a couple times.

The base stock tune is not on the ngauge. It only gives me the new tune as an option. When I try to load the new tune, it's asking to turn the key on. The key is already on. If I got the original tune from Lund is the same prompt going to happen.

I just got a new ngauge tuner. My factory tune got delete before my new tune got loaded. Now my car won't turn on and the new tune won't load. Am I screwed. Will Lethal Performance or Lund be able to help me with this or do I have to go to the dealer.

I canceled my order this week. Went to another local dealership and bought Wimbledon White LE #219 and I couldn't be happier. They even had a stow n sho front plate bracket for it!

Got word from my dealership yesterday that my car car is still on a rail car at Flat Rock. Supposely the GM and Regional sales manger weren't on the same page. I'm probably going to cancel my order.

UPDATE: On Monday my salesman informed me that the GM checked with the regional salesman and according to him my car was on the move. As of Wednesday it was at the drop off 35 miles away from my dealership. I talked with my salesman this am and my car hasn't showed up yet. Here's that status...

How long do you guys think it can last? Could it be months? Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks for the responses.

I have read Mustangcheif's definitions of the rail codes. He says holds usually last less than 24hrs. Here's the exact wording "placed in hold status Flat Rock Michigan on CN(not sure what cn is short for) Febuary 27th at 11:35pm. No eta available. Nick/Ford service says it won't ship until...

CorvetteDreamin, It don't think its a ramp because I actually have a rail car/ETTX number. I hope not Stang Nut, I wasn't part of the hold. It was built on the Wednesday 2/11 and completed on the Thursday. Rachel and my dealer confirmed this. Thanks
