Does your ram air line up perfect with your box? I just ordered mine and I can tell it's not going to line up. I guess since I have a whipple some fabricating is in order. It's a little heavier than stock but not by much. Fit is great. No fluttering at high speeds.

I'm not a pro so.... hoping for you that it's just a loose wire, bad sensor, weak signal to the sensor. I believe the code primarily represents a circuit issue with the CKP so I'd be thinking electrical issues first.
