  2. FRPP QUADS WITH GT350 VALENCE

Funny you brought that up. When I installed my GT350 valence my girlfriend said it looked "more exotic". I said yea Ferrari ish. I love the way it looks. I painted the muffler (inner) tips black to be a little camouflaged.
  3. SW LT Performance Connect Question?

Do the "performance connects" on the stainless works/power headers come long enough to delete the bottle neck of a "factory connect" aftermarket catback (IE the gibson catback)? Or do I need to weld in a small section to delete the bottle neck? Basically, I plan to run longtubes with the...
  4. Popping Noise at low speed tight turns

Mine occasionally does it as well. Typical characteristic of the Torsen rear diff in the PP cars. It caught my attention for a while and I had to keep reminding myself. Likely what you are hearing.
  5. Why aren't more doing 19 front/20 rear staggered fittments?

I have been thinking about going this route myself. I feel the S550 has the body style to accomodate this setup and look good. It has a more narrow front with a wider/fatter rear end. Rolling down the windows does help some in my case. But having one of the seats folded down is much better, especially with the windows down some as well. I typically have 2 booster seats back there. I just come to the conclusion that Ford did a good job sealing the trunk up from the...
  7. Aftermarket sub muffled with seat up

Instead of a new thread, I wanted to chime in here. I have noticed the same with my sub. Seats up - sounds muffled and seems you can hear the sub working. Seats down - full, loud, clear bass. I know the simple answer is to leave the seats down, but that isn't always an option and I am a...
  8. Launching issue.

You may be getting the clutch protection mode. I have heard of others having that happen. Basically the ECM detects to much clutch slip and reduces throttle to prevent self destruction of the clutch and/or transmission.
  9. Drain Bolt - No Crush Washer

Ford has been using the rubber seal drain plug on mod motors since the 2V 4.6 came out. Typically they hold up just fine for many years.
  10. Steeda billet vertical links installed

Anthony, have you had any descent weather to test these out yet? Any improvement with wheel hop?
