Why don't they just eliminate the back seats in these things? They are too big and heavy and the back seats are essentially useless besides storage shelves. I'd much rather have the 2 seater version that is faster, lighter, smaller, and gets better mpg as a result of being lighter.

Any reason why I shouldn't have the local muffler guy build me a cat back exhaust instead of going prefabricated system? He's talking $800 vs $1400 for a prefabricated system.
