I don't think motor is an issue, well your definitely pushing it and at that power level anything could happen, however i have been running mine for over a year now at 800 and everything is fine, yeah I'm also overspinning the blower and is still fine, like i said just ran 9.6 like a month ago...
15 psi max over 7000 rpms, no logging boost so thats what im seeing my boost gauge reading. It made 825 whp when i put it on the dino for 2 pulls, second one was 818

Paxton in the 9s is old news already lol, however is my first car ever in the second and am super pumped about it . Even morr when it was my only run of the night so maybe i had the chance to improve a bit. DA was about 2500.
I just bought this for my paxton 6 rib, my belt may be slipping in third and fourth gear, am seeing 15 psi in second pulls gear and the 3rd and 4th only 13 and 12 avobe 7000 rpms. Hopefully this help me, next try would be 8 rib or maybe tt and i dont have to deal with belts and slips no more lol
Tires are 305/45/17 not 345, mt et streets R, supposedly best tires for auto i thought. Slicks are better for stick shift right? And yes i had to padle it a lot it was getting loose in second gear, only getting traction in 3rd, Still learning about rwd lol, driving launching tires all that...

Track conditions were not too good, so im not worried about the 60ft, trap speeds should be higher regarding what the 60 ft times were i thought. And yep that was the DA number, i checked the track page information and i used the DA calculation thing to make sure it was that lol.

Took the car to the track to see how the car did with new pulley, circled 245 3c and new tires mt et streets R 345/45/17. Previous trip like 6 months before i ran 11.0 at 127 mph on streets tires and 3.6 pulley no circle d ( car is auto 3.15) was making around 650 to the wheels...
So you are getting some scrapping underneath too? I'm more worried about the oil pan, seems like I haven't touch it yet but every time I get to see under the car I can see it right there like 4 inches away from the pavement lol, seems like am fine on the sides is mostly the front what worries...
What about scrapping underneath when going over bumpers slightly inclined ramps? I have the exact same set up as you and am scrapping the bottom of the car everywhere with the 26" tall tire up front. I also have a cervinis lip which is significantly bigger than stock and I will be removing this...
What tires/wheels are better suited for these 1/2 mile events. I don't think my 17 racestars with mt et street r and skinnies up front are the best option lol. Planning on go to my first one in about two weeks. Thanks guys
Im doing mine next week, 500 and my car has a paxton already installed so that's extra work. Lucky me lol, and is specialized mustang shop guy has already done over 20, he has done all the job on my car, maybe because is a small business he doesn't charge that much.
