Read what Dustin from CD is saying. Like I said, the aftermarket ones should mount forward of the edge to look right. They are different than the OEM. People are trying to use the holes where an OE spoiler was. Dustin seems to be saying nicely, it looks like **** when they do that.

The OEM R wings mount on the edge of the trunk. Seems aftermarket wings need to mount where the curve on trunk lid starts to look right.

Seems like the aftermarket R wings all sit too far back compared to the OE.

Carbon Dynamics owned up to the issues with the fiberglass R wing and lived up to what they had told me in resolving it with me.

Without going through 45 pages, what is the consensus of the spring removal and the effect, if any, on the throw out bearing?

I'm one of the ones that has issues with the R wing. I know they've resolved it with some. I'm waiting to see if CD lives up to what they told me. I'll let you know.

Mine came with the gaps as well as a chipped corner. CD has been quick to reply to my questions and is suggesting that the bases be ground down. Has anybody installed theirs with the gaps without cracking or is everyone just asking for refunds?
