I have for sale a thin wall stainless, mandrel bent 3" exhaust for sale. Exhaust was custom made by Rameybuilt of Virginia Beach, VA. It connects to the stock downpipe with the stock hardware and is a single exit incredibly lightweight exhaust. It is louder than most exhausts in the upper...
Mid Ohio last weekend, just giving a shout out. We were running with the chicane at the end of the "front straight". There was a massive hole before the right hand gator going into the chicane. I am a gator hog, so I tried turning in early and getting the car up and over, but found that big...
So, I am a bit dumb, just to start. I have run my stock rubber piston seals at the track, with hot as crap track pads. All but two have dry rotted, 4 fronts, and both rears on an Eco performance pack. While I am still within B2B warranty, I would like to be able to rebuild them at some point...
This was a pretty well run event, had to learn the full coarse and boy was that fun. Got a downhill turn comparable to laguna's corkscrew, and some really fun esses that are throttle steerable. Anyways here's one vid, one more to come when its done uploading. And sorry for the slant, but it...
So I had a track day at Pitt Race this weekend. When the track was dry, and I was pushing hard, coming out of a hard (1.1-1.33G) left hander, transitioning to a short straight, then a right, the RPM would hold at 6K exactly in third gear with my foot to the floor. Traction/Advancetrac settings...

So in all seriousness, I took the stang to VIR with the intention of shaking it down for just one session at a PCA HPDE. Got there, ended up going in for the whole event, and was only slightly disappointed in the braking.

Received it a week or so ago, and have been staring at the temperature screen ever since. Even on hot days, the cylinder head temp is almost 20 degrees cooler than before, chilling at about 185 to 195. Before, it would sit around 205 or much higher depending on my driving.
Shipping was fast...
Are all the eco throw out bearings this loud? Or should I take the car in to get looked at. The thing is quite noticeable when the clutch is pressed. It almost sounds like flywheel chatter, only the car doesn't do it in neutral, only with the clutch pressed.
Anyone elses do this?
So I know the gearing is different (better for track use) in the GT, longer first and second.
My real question is, are the splines the same for the input shaft? Transmission size the same? Flywheel bolt pattern similar?
Want to put a GT trans in my Eco if I get the chance.
Looking to buy the stock GT exhaust from anyone who has upgraded to a Catback system. Hoping someone local the the mid-east coast area unless shipping is cheap.
Thanks
