Instead of spending a grand, I would recommend visiting your local muffler shop and ask for a quote for replicating these pipes. $800 extra for a pair of side pipes sounds a little ridiculous to me. However, side pipes do sound spectacular!
For $800, you could probably replicate these pipes and...
I don't think he walked but he took the car.
I personally would've walked into another dealership.. I'd rather have an honest dealer than a shady/unreliable one.
Sounds fantastic! The cheapest way to get more sound imo.
Btw, doing that at 4am isn't really recommended as your neighbors probably want to kill you now haha!
I don't have my stang but.. I keep a basic toolkit in the trunk. It's got some screwdrivers, wrenches, a portable battery jump starter, microfiber clothes, light sticks, flashlights, and a knife (don't tell the cops)
For the black accent package, does anyone know what kind of tires come with the 19" wheels?
They look like Pirelli P Zero Nero All Season tires, but what size?
Also, what's the size of the wheel? 19x9?
EDIT: Never mind.. I skimmed through the posts on page 2 and missed the post. They're...
Thanks guys. Unfortunately, I've run into some financial trouble and getting rid of my car for a short period of time. When I have everything sorted out, wheels & tires will be one of my first priorities.
As for my current mods, I'll be keeping them just to remind me that I'll have to get my...
I'd be furious! :paddle: My advice is you go find another body shop that's perhaps more qualified. There are plenty of reviews on say.. yelp/Google.
Good luck!
Is the premium with no options? (auto, performance pack, etc.)?
Also, you can always head to another dealership and see if they are more willing to work with your numbers. Remember.. the dealership always profits. It's just a matter of how much.
Good luck!

The AM website suggests 285/30/20 tires. I want to run a narrower tires, probably a 275 width. This is going to be a square setup. Do you think that 275/30 or 275/35 fits...
Hi all,
I'm wondering if anyone has done exhaust cutouts for their cars. I live in a pretty residential neighborhood with the friendly NYPD everywhere so I would like to be able to switch from loud/obnoxious (which I prefer) to a quiet tame almost stock volume levels.
Thanks! :ninja:
there's a section for a list of owners in a certain area so you might want to check that out
here's the thread of local Colorado owners. You might want to PM one of them that has aftermarket exhausts so that you can hear it in person. I'm sure that they will be happy to meet up with you...
