  1. 2018 Sync3 9 speaker system...learned something today

So I checked over the forum and found a wiring diagram showing the detailed wiring on the factory amp and what the wires coming into and out of the amplifier were and proceeded to do my own amplifier bypass on my 2018 ecoboost. Well, after installing all new component speakers (minus the center...
  2. Awesome day at the drag strip

And I didn't even really do that great. Swung by the track to play with the car some and see how the transmission tuning I have been messing with is doing compared to before. The track (Rockingham dragway) was holding a street outlaw / test n tune day today, no times on the board, and only...
  3. Anyone else tuning their own car?

Just wondering if anyone else is using software like SCT or HPTuners to do their own tuning? I use HPTuners software and other than limited scanner data I am really impressed with all of the parameters we have access to with it. Really just seeing if anyone else self-tunes to bounce...
  4. First time with the 15 at the drag strip

Got the chance to take the car out to the track today, still working on the tune, pretty conservative base tune for the nitrous (100 shot). I still have some work to do with the transmission tables, but Eric Brooks is really helping me out getting that stuff dialed in, just takes a lot of time...
  5. Nitrous system finally installed!

Finally got the time to go through and get the nitrous system from my `13 gt installed on the 15. I had to make a new wiring harness for the inside and two new harnesses under the hood, but I think it turned out decent. I may go back through and redo some of the underhood stuff to clean it up...
  6. Just a little test fit..

I've had the nitrous outlet plate kit off of my 2013 GT just sitting on a shelf, so I decided to put it in the 15. Space is a lot more limited on the factory air intake, so the purge solenoid that was directly mounted on the nitrous solenoid will have to be remote mounted, but other than that...
  7. Finally got the rims on the car..

After dealing with rain and work, finally got the time to put the rims on the car. Ignore how dirty the car is, it sits outside and this is the first day since Sunday it hasn't been pouring down rain. Ill be detailing it soon!
  8. Huge thanks to Need4speedmotors (N4SM)

These guys have been a great company to deal with. Everything from initial questions, price, communication (called multiple times to ensure everything was exactly as I wanted it and to inform me of other options, details etc), to shipping was a great experience. I would highly suggest this...
  9. Niche Verona M150

Just ordered tires today, hopefully will have them on the car sometime next week so I can measure out and figure out how much drop to go with, but wanted to post a picture of the rims that just came in this afternoon! Big shoutout to N4SM, from price to communication to follow through...
  10. Help with tire sizes on 20x9 and 20x10

I have been researching a lot on tires and am torn between a few different sizes. 255/35/20 front 275/35/20 rear 275/40/20 front 315/35/20 rear (I know rim isn't wide enough to run without a bulge) 275/40/20 front 295/40/20 rear (really leaning towards this one right now) Just not sure...
  11. Plus 1 for Need 4 Speed Motorsports!

After talking with Paul at Need 4 Speed Motorsports, I have order a new set of 20" Niche Verona M150 in a staggered 9" and 10" setup. After sending PM's back and fourth, he called me to go over everything and make sure all the bases were covered before I sent payment. I have to say his customer...
  12. Best deal on a set of 20's

Originally I was going to go with an 18x10 square setup, but decided against that for now. After a lot of browsing and research, a set of 20's will fit the car a lot better. I am looking to get a set of the Niche Verona M150 Black Machine in a 20x9 and 20x10 staggered setup. I've been browsing...
  13. 18x10 Square setup

Wondering if anyone else is running an 18x10 square setup on their car. I am looking at the Drifts and wanting to stay with an 18 for tire selection over the 19 and decent sidewall vs a 20. I have seen guys running a 20x10 square so Im sure it will work, would be nice to see a couple of pics of...
