Does anyone know if there is a recommended pressure for winter tires? It doesn't say anything about it in the owners manual and the specification page for my tire (Michelin x-ice 3) only lists the maximum pressure (50 psi). What is a good pressure?

My winter wheels and tires should be arriving in a couple days. I noticed the owners manual says wheel not torque should be 150 ft-lbs, which seems quite high. This torque should not change with different wheels right? My torque wrench maxes out at 150 ft-lbs, will that be an issue?
