I broke down and bought some 18x10 wheels for dedicated track use and now need to pick some tires. I'm open to just about anything - I'm not concerned with wet or street driving, but I don't want to be buying new tires after 4 track days either if I can help it. Recommendations?

Stupid question - the bolt/pin across the center of the pads wants to just spin on of my calipers; there's not enough room to get an open ended wrench on it and using a flat-head wedged in there doesn't seem to be the best solution. Am I missing something to make this easier to change pads...

Since Apex isn't making their 18x10 for the s550 any longer, how about some recommendations for an 18x10 or 10.5 that doesn't break the bank and clears the pp calipers. I'd love some HREs, but can't justify the cost for a track-day wheel.
