Following the proper break in procedure from Ford kept RPM's no higher than 4K and did not drive any highway miles. I had the oil changed after the 1st 1000 miles with no oil loss. I have driven 350 miles since no measurable oil loss thing are looking good.

Simple /cost effective and Cheap I use it when I rinse and it works great

I have started breaking the new engine in. Varying RPM's as much as possible I have an R10 so I also have been manually down shifting to add load to the engine. I added a catch can at 7 miles and will update this thread to see how much I capture at 500 miles. One other thing that cleared up...
