Mine did this also at first. I pulled the tune, put it back in and did a crank relearn procedure & I’ve been fine since.

I reset any pending codes so it’s resetting monitors. My o2 wasn’t set nor was the cat. I wouldn’t pass emissions out here in Indiana with that. I do know I didn’t have the odd idle with the whipple calibration

Anyone ever figure this out? Mine has done it since I got the tune from Lund. I’m getting a misfire at idle but nothing after. I may actually put the whipple tune back in and see what it does.
