Can anyone suggest a shop to install a blower and tune it in the northeast? I have plenty of shops around me that can install parts but I’m more concerned with the tuning aspect of it. I’m in Connecticut.

I'm about to pull the trigger on a set of VMS wheels. The stock center bore is 70.3MM and the VMS wheels are 73.1MM. For those running these wheels was a center ring needed?
