If I'm not mistaken the first run was in sub-optimal conditions, so they may be able to squeeze some more juice out of the GTD. For that kind of money though...they better!

Not to hijack this thread, but I find that very interesting. Where did you get the program to re-program the VDM and ABS? Did you have any issue with the car throwing codes after you did it?
I know this is an old thread, but did you have to utilize the liability portion of the policy? Hope you were able to get the car fixed and were injury-free.
question - is the this regular quickfit or the pro? The website says that the regular is not compatible with HANS, but you mentioned using it with yours in the post.
