With the PpF? Yes…did it two days after I got it 2 years ago. No scratches and I can wash the car without worrying getting any swirls. My past mustang was all scratched and I never passed it through a car wash. (Neither the Mach)

PPF is easier to maintain, since you don’t have to polish it.

Yo can do 70% ceramic windshield, it’s very very light and help with the heat.

Mines are 30%.

PPF the Decklid. I don’t worry about scratches on it anymore. My previous Mustang had a ton of little scratches in the decklid, my Mach 1??? none

Coming from Valdosta should be no issue. Going through Asheville might be the problem. But everything else seemed fine, I went from Atlanta to Marietta and then took 575, 74 and then 129 to the Dragon.

I wish I was local to the area. I really liked it… Just passed it once and I can see why there are accidents. I’m sure the Mach 1 could’ve gone faster, even with the PS4S, those tyres didn’t chirped once. At the end, it’s our own responsibility for safety.

I drove from FL, so I came from the GA side. Roads were good, no floods or anything. Google maps said the entry of the Dragon was closed, but I called the resort and they said it was open. That’s why I decided to go, we were on our way to Gatlinburg, so an extra hr drive to go it was worth it...

Mach 1 is my daily driver. But we have a 2023 Lexus RX 350, which I also love to drive. Both are reliable cars and plan to keep them 10+ yrs.

I have a Sd card reader for phone and keep it in the glovebox. Also I have 3 minute clips. So it’s easier to download smaller files.
