Anyone that’s getting 1.9 on MTs, it’s their fault. Or the track prep is dreadful. When prep is on at Atco. I can get a high 1.7-low 1.8 on All season stockers.
E85 is the cheapest easiest way to reach your goal. Drag radials will also put you over the hump. Maybe a nice set of nitto 555s to keep it daily driver friendly.
YES! YES! YES! You can do things the HARD WAY! Or the EASY WAY. Ford gave us a motor that loves boost. Spend 6 grand on a blower and make 600. Or spend 6 grand on cams, intake ported this and that bla bla bla and make 500. Hell you can even keep your warranty with some of the blowers out there...
You should have just rolled in and said I wanna buy the 15. Test drove it. Then told em it sucked and walked out. Sometimes honesty is not the best policy.
I ran into the same problem here in Jersey. I went to 5 different shops. Not one would touch a heavily modded car. 10 years ago you’d just give em $150 and they’d hand you a window sticker. Those days are over!
I bought a 16 dollar heat gun from harbor freight to break lose the double sided tape. You should also watch any of the YouTube videos on a step by step install. I removed this spoiler and mounted a new aftermarket spoiler in about 45 minutes. It’s very easy.
Please don’t use the tin can Steeda shop car as a basic for this argument. I went [email protected] in a boosted premium 15 on 93. It’s going to take a whole lot of weight reduction to get a NA car on 93 down to that number.
I really like the GT500 bumper. If I do it I’ll for go the Shelby lettering and snake. I’d also most likely paint the center section of the bumper body color so no one thinks I’m counter fitting a Shelby. Mod your car to your personal taste. Not the mobs!
I have for sale, one ruby red stock blade spoiler. Perfect condition, with mounting hardware. $150 shipped to the lower 48 United States. The spoiler currently has vinyl stripe applied. Very easy to remove with a hair dryer or heat gun.
Skip the the high tech stuff. Unless your trying to set world records. The stock springs and dampers will do. But if you have money burning a hole in your pocket. The Vikings dampers will probably out sixty the mag ride.
