  1. Prices are on the rise......

Yes, everything came down exactly the way they said it would. Received my bank check via fed ex the day after they picked up the car. It requires a lot of trust because it is so non-traditional, but it turned out to be the easiest deal I ever did.
  2. Thanks for great tech info.

I agree with you Frank. Those same high prices compelled me to sell my 2018. I thought I was being very clever. Now I regret my decision as I cannot come close to replacing it with anything interesting that is remotely close to what I sold the GT350 for. On the bright side, I'm an early...
  3. Does anyone here have a membership at Inde Motorsports Ranch/Willcox, AZ?

https://apexmotorclub.com/ Between Phoenix and Tucson. You also have multiple tracks in Phoenix where NASA regularly holds HPDE and race events: Arizona motorsports Park, Firebird East and Firebird West, Chuckwalla is further away
  4. Received an offer from Vroom that I could not refuse

Yes, the process is not tradional and requires trust. Before they picked up the car, I had signed legal sales contract/documents that I found to be satisfactory. It's not a procedure I would ever follow with a private party. VROOM is a publicly-traded company with a market cap of $5.9 billion...
  5. Received an offer from Vroom that I could not refuse

The process was not flawless but the price was right. They picked up my 2018 GT 350 today. Now I await payment. Show room condition with 7000 miles. Sales price $55,075.
  6. Front suspension damage

I assume it was one of the front corners? Why not jack up that corner of the car, pull the wheel/tire off and do a visual inspection. All of the suspension is then exposed and highly visible.
  7. Jacking rails

BMR rails - simple install, work beautifully
  8. Good watch: Randy Pobst drives and instructs a GT350 on track (360 degree video)

Great video with driving instructions included!
  9. Thought I Blew My Engine @ Laguna

I don't understand the requirement to replace brake calipers and rotors. These can be easily cleaned with brake cleaner, etc. What am I missing?
  10. Shipping/Inspection Advice

Recommend Intercity enclosed trailer. Usually about $1 per mile
  11. Painted calipers. Pros or cons?

Check out discoloration on front brake caliper on my old 96 Viper GTS racecar. Rear caliper maintained its color because of much less heat. Should not be problem in a street car.
  12. GT350 needing new tires at 2k miles. Should I be concerned?

I like the idea of brand new, the warranty meter has not even started to run. I would not let anyone drive it to you. Schedule your time to pick it up personally. If you commit to the purchase, they will wait.

  14. Bought a gt350

    Yep, love the color.
  15. Clutch Assist Spring

Coming out of Vipers, the stock GT350 clutch pedal was way too soft for me. I finally removed the OEM assist spring and it still feels way soft but much better than original.
  16. Any experience in BAT Auction site?

Been following BaT for a long time. You can use the search function to review completed auctions on GT 350s. Will give you good idea of what real buyers are paying. Buyers pay a 5% buyer fee on top of closing bid.

  18. Anyone coming from gt350?

JeremyPro5.0 said: The main reason for choice, if I keep driving the GT500 on the street, I will get arrested. Just makes me want a 500 more.
