Correct, if you want to swap them you’ll need one for you factory driver side cat.
I asked them if I could buy one for specifically that and they told me they don’t sell the flanges. You might have better luck.
Going off of memory, the passenger side bolts up to the existing flange and already has a flange on the 2m pipe. The driver side 2m pipe already has a flange on it as well. You have to cut in front of the cat and weld the other flange to the factory manifold.
So you should only need to weld one...
I did. They are pretty cocky on their site about fitment and don’t expect any help from their support (they wouldn’t even bother to help me out with ordering a couple of extra flanges).
But if you can weld or are having a shop do it they should go in fine. Mine absolutely did not match up the...
I went with these (Vibrant 1141) as I had good luck with them in other applications: https://a.co/d/2SqeMQd
They tucked in nicely just before the mufflers

Selling all of the components that I have for this including:

Unfortunately no more progress. Its been a minute since I looked through my own thread here, but I think I documented all of the stuff that was changed out and or checked. The charging system was the last "new" thing to come up and a new alternator seems to have taken care of it. Battery...
Just posting a quick update. Car was in the shop for 2 days. they looked over quite a bit and weren’t able to come up with anything, so no changes. They did say the misfires were false positives, which I tend to agree but that doesn’t help answer why they are showing up.
I did ask them to check...
Interesting. Ive done quite a bit of flashing, including flex fuel on my last mustang and can't say I ever ran into that issues.
In this case, Im on 91 and have flashed several tunes in the process of diagnosis, all have had equal issues in this area.
Unrelated to this misfire issue, but the...
New crank sensor installed as well as a crank relearn once again. No change. If anything, it may be getting worse as I am starting to see p0316 (misfires as start up) popping up from time to time now.
Also changed out my injectors to my stock ones just to check those, no change there either...
Ya that screw was definitely in there. It looks like I somehow missed the bottom hole that the sensor drops down into where the orange oring seats. Based on that picture, I’m guessing it was canted and got on the engine side of that red plate. It visually looked correct and the screw went back...
Well, I put a new MAF sensor in and ordered a new Crank Sensor that should be here on Monday. Good thing too, because I decided to take a look at the current crank sensor (which looked fine) but then somehow managed to put it back in wrong, which led to a few minutes of panic and and a slightly...
I'm all for trying free, cheap, and less invasive ideas. Since the appointment is 2 weeks out, I still have plenty of time to trial and error this a bit and was contemplating putting in a new crank and MAF sensor just in case.
I'm just skeptical that the sensors are the problem since they seem...
Alright, I decided to change the oil, and interestingly enough, for the first drive after that, misfire counts were considerably lower, this could have been total coincidence, but either way, post oil change there was a notable difference. Unfortunately that was very short lived and after the...
