How would I know if a used car that I had purchased was modified by a previous owner.
Id be more then willing to sign off a declaration stating the car hadn't been modified from the date of my purchase, prior that I couldn't possibly be held responsible.
Appears to be a clear breach of the Australian Trade Practices Act, with this sales brochure that Ford Australia have released indicating ACC is a standard option on the Mach 1, false and misleading information if this option is not available.
Thanks, I received an email on Friday, cc'd in from the Stock Controller, had a heap of detail in the screen shot, but still no VIN. The screen shot, states cars expected ETA is end of July but I'm not sure how realistic that date is.

Thanks Paul, yes been trying dealer advises no VIN available yet.
Not sure if the the dealer has any say in how fast a VIN becomes available.
After 6 weeks, it just feels like my order is not progressing with no communication ex dealer.
In the Ratis Rides video he refers to the Mach 1 guard badge as dark grey.
This sort of makes sense as it may be that Ford used the same colour grey as the mirrors and rear spoiler. Cant see Ford painting that one badge (two in total) a different colour by introducing yet another paint code...
