My thoughts exactly on this. If you're making enough power to really need the volume from 3 pumps that bucket is just there to make you feel good.
Makes no difference vs having naked pumps like Fore triple pump set ups, you'll need enough fuel in that saddle to completely submerge the bucket if...
The issue is the stoichiometric ratio difference not density difference.
Also not sure what a return vs returnless has to do with the number of pumps. You can run single, double, or triple pumps with either setup.
That said you don't need triple pumps for 800whp on E85 and especially not on a...
Not that this helps much @NGOT8R but I've been stung by my brushless pumps twice now.
Was previously running twin Walbro 295s (No issues at all with this setup) at 1000whp and switched to twin Fuelab brushless pumps all with a Radium bucket.
Purchased the Fuelab brushless pump setup in August...
Yeap both rail feed and return lines from and to the Y-blocks are within 1cm of each other in length.
Was a bitch properly fitting the feed and return Y-blocks between the rear of the supercharger and firewall.
I'll be doing some testing on the car soon to see if I can find the issue.
One...
No cats and pretty big at the top (about 12% difference -6% B2 vs 6% B1)
Yeap I thought it was the fuel line setup initially and redid everything to make it perfectly even across both rails (exact same line lengths and fittings into and out of both rails) but made no difference.
Someone else...
Thanks Mike!
I'll relog with a cut down channel list.
Any experience with the bank to bank fuel trim and lambda difference at WOT?
Both banks track perfectly everywhere except at WOT at 7400+ with bank 1 running progressively leaner opposite to bank 2 running progressively richer.
Swapped...
For folks more knowledgeable than me:
Do you calculate injector duty cycle per injector, an average per bank, or an average across all cylinders (PW x RPM / 1200)?
I've attached a screenshot from one of my logs with bank 1 average IDC at around 90.5% and bank 2 average IDC at around 84.5%.
The...
That's great Kevin, your car has come a long way since the early 134 trap days!
@Ibeljics550 I thought you mentioned the car ran 4s a couple months back after you resolved your belt slip issues? Did something else change since then?
So my ESS was heat soaked? I thought they don't heat soak? Lol
The point was to show the rise in temperature over a similar pull 70 - 120 pull for PD vs Centri and show that you can setup your cooling to handle your heat output irrespective of Centri vs PD.
The G4 intercooler has better...
My thoughts on this...pick whatever you want that suits your needs and set up the cooling properly.
If you are doing short pulls for fun on the street, street racing, drag racing, or road-course racing you will have different cooling requirements so doesn't make sense to compare supercharger...
@Muhnopoly you're out of warranty so time to be a bit adventurous.
If I were in your shoes I'd replace the valve body (they cost about $400), flush the trans cooler and replace the trans fluid and filter.

I haven't had it on a dyno but it's an intake, throttle body, ported stock blower with a 2.5 pulley and cooling upgrades making 21 psi at 8K rpm so I'd expect it to be around 1000whp based on other GT500s with similar setups.
The GT500 has 2 siphon connections (larger passenger tank - bucket...
Happy to share that the new controllers from Fuelab did the trick!
Cold starts happen in 2 seconds now (just as quick as the Walbro 295) compared to the 6 seconds it was taking with the previous controller. Warm starts are almost instant.
Fuelab were great to work with and the pumps are...
@HAVOC_5.0 my apologies for hijacking your thread a bit. Just figured I'd piggy-back since we were discussing fueling related issues.
I have an accessory trigger for the relay as well but don't wanna have to go into accessory mode to prime before starting up.
I want to keep this car as...
Unfortunately not.
The pumps take too long to startup and the OEM prime voltage pulse is pretty short so OEM priming doesn't work.
My tuner can't change priming time on the tune either for the stock ECU.
Yea i thought about that and I know it's just one extra switch to flip but it will get old pretty fast.
I only installed these brushless pumps for the sake of reliability. If my brushed 295s end up failing then I'll revisit this.
Have you got a brushless setup? If so what pumps do you use?
