    And single regulator or dual?
  2. Fuel lines sizing

Putting a gen 2 from a mustang into a f100, looking to put a Whipple/e85 on it at some point in future. The tank I had built has dual aeromotive 340’s. 6an big enough or do I step up to 8an?
  3. Experience with P300 and P303

Since I went boosted and on e85 I’ve been getting a lot of the p316 which is misfire within the first 1,000 revs … taking it in to see if that’s just a tube and e85 thing …. Runs great other than the light popping on every once in a while
  4. Cats or no cats

I’m just asking should I leave it be or remove them, just trying to minimize anything that could cause potential damage
  5. Cats or no cats

Honestly with as loud as my car is now there is a chance the cats are hollow, I’ll just have to see.
  6. Cats or no cats

It’s loud as hell with cats. The exhaust was like it is when I bought it. Cats look old and rusted compared to the stainless exhaust. Not sure if they are stock cats or what honestly. I just boosted it recently and didn’t want to hurt the motor by leaving them if I didn’t need too
  7. Cats or no cats

I’ve got cats on my boosted setup, should I remove them for motor longevity or not a big deal? My county doesn’t require emissions for inspections
  8. New whipple setup questions

I had the shop drop the pan and replace filter when they put on the whipple, I’ll see about the levels
  9. New whipple setup questions

Do you think it’s a tune issue?
  10. New whipple setup questions

    Your fav, shoemaker
  11. New whipple setup questions

Finally got the fuel system and whipple installed and have been having fun running around town with it. Questions on things I’m seeing. Current setup is Whipple 3.35 pulley on e85 w/ fore lvl 2 Occasionally making a pull when it shifts from 2-3 it just losses all power. (A10). Almost like it...
  12. Potential power numbers on whipple

Wound up on 3.35 pulley on e85…. Haven’t dunk’s yet but should be north of 850…. Runs great
  13. Potential power numbers on whipple

That’s good to know, I’ve seen a lot of good comment on Lund too. Honestly I don’t have an issue with Lund. I bought a Ortiz tune from beefcake when I bought everything. And the shop installing my stuff highly suggested shoemaker.
  14. Potential power numbers on whipple

I hadn’t heard that, I’ve heard a lot of negative about Lund though. I guess they all can’t make everyone happy. I bought a e85 tune from Ortiz as well when I got the kit, so I’ll prob have him do his own tunes as well
  15. Potential power numbers on whipple

    What’s wrong with using him
  16. Potential power numbers on whipple

Wow yea good advice, I know at some point down the road I may have to cross that line but would like to not have to do that for a little while. I’m guessing the 700 on 93 power level is much harder on the motor that e85 at the 850+ mark. I’ve ready a lot about mixing in a gallon or two of...
  17. Potential power numbers on whipple

Honestly if I can get around 700 to wheels in 93 I’d be happy. E 85 I’d like to push 850+ if possible. This isnt my daily so if I need to throw octane additive or some e85 in each tank while on 93 that wouldn’t be a big deal. Just want to have the option to keep it not drivable from time to...
  18. Potential power numbers on whipple

    Planning on using shoemaker
  19. Potential power numbers on whipple

So you think just run around on the 3.35 pulley?
  20. Potential power numbers on whipple

That’s promising, I was hoping to be in the 700-750 range on 93 and then 850+ on e85
