I plan to do 4 track days in a row this year and I don't want to change oil until after I return home.
I run 40wt oil and CHT is under control at 228F. I drive hard enough for the oil life to be gone by noon the second day.

I have not inspected things up close while disassembled. But I don't get how the BMR CB005 locks out the subframe any different than how the OEM plate holds onto it and secures it with the two bolts to the body.
The CB762 makes more sense to me, since it grabs onto the subframe directly...
