Call the dealer and ask who they use to repair the damage done in transit. Ive done that before with something very similar and had good results. It sucks, but it is just a car.
All the above sounds very reasonable to me…The ESP is just hoping to deny/prolong/scare the consumer and hope they go away. Kinda like how the VA treats Veterans trying to obtain compensation all while pretending to support and be there for you in times of need.
Is there a difference between a High Speed Racing Event and a High Speed Driving Event other than a clock or opposing vehicle? Im just curious how a Civil Jury would look at that, surely the forces placed on the car are the same. Hopefully the ESP has to cover it in the end.
exactly. Id offer invoice minus the $3k Ford is offering MAX. Like he said. Run the numbers for 1.9 for the 2023 vs likely 7% on the 2022. The new 2023 will be the better choice if you end up keeping the car Im sure.
I could trade my 2022 401A with 3k miles in on a 2023 401A brand new...
The dealer is using Fords $3000 incentive and not dropping it one penny. The need to take another 3-4k off on top of Fords offer. Ask them what the 2023 would bring if you were trading it in and go from there….On a 50k 2023 car you would be at about 40k on trade…at best
Look on the Ford 2023 Mustang Page $3000 plus in stackable incentives too

Maybe the M1 is like that, someone else will chime in. Thats the way my wifes Ecoboost is while in Sport Mode, so frustrating. Maybe I'm missing something.
