I brought the car to 2 different dealers. They replaced the bcm and the door handle 2x. They supposedly traced through all the door wiring and reset a bunch of stuff before. The photos show the last 2 visits.
The door handle works for 7 days if the car is not driven anywhere. If I drive it...
After many, many visits to the dealership, they declared it to be fixed (again), It works for a full week (great improvement) and then shuts off until the car is driven (literally gone- not just started in place). Then it’s good for another week. I’m not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to...
I feather the brake pedal and lean forward and it sometimes works. This is not exactly what I expected from a $50k car. In other brands of cars this “just works.” You hop in without giving it a thought and start the car, seat moves up, and you can take off.

Now I need to find a new dealership where they will properly diagnose the problem. I can only imagine there is a damaged wire or connector...
Today the dealer said everything was fixed. I tested it only to find nothing was fixed. I wonder if the people who are having trouble are heavier than average. It worked perfectly for the 98lb service advisor.
Now dealing with Ford Customer care and the service manager. They “are looking into it.”
Frustrating because if I drive it to the dealership it will work by the time I get there. Would need to leave it there a few days and they would have to diagnose the car in place after sitting there for...
Always using the same fob.
Update:
I left the battery tender on overnight. The light on it turned green which indicates a full charge. Intelligent Access still didn’t work. Started the car and let it run for 5 minutes. Intelligent Access now working. Either the Intelligent Access on the...
I started the car and let it run for a few minutes. Passenger door intelligent access started working again. Based on past experience, it will now work for a couple of days if I don’t drive the car.
Is there any chance this is a battery saver mode? Maybe a bad 12v battery? (It’s showing 14v...
