I specifically do not drive in a lane behind a pickup truck.
I feel OK-ish a ways back behind a truck with mudflaps.
But if a truck gets in my lane ahead of me, I am out of it. No joke!
I still have rock chips.
Cool car. Shocked & horrified to see these skinny stock wheels with a I think horrible tire on a supercharged car. Please consider a much better tire on a wider rim to handle the power it makes!
I would agree with that. I get the same stuff on both since new. Both engines also typrewriter ticked after their first oil change in the exact same way/sounds.
From my experience with a brand new ordered 2019 and brand new ordered 2020 both manuals, a lot of clunking is normal. From new my two transmissions both sounded and made the same weird noises and clunks. Low speed clunks, but not always repeatable in the same scenarios.
So yeah, I would say a...
Every test I've seen shows no difference in stopping distance for the Brembos vs stock GT brakes. The Brembo advantage is less brake fade with heavy use.
There was a classic internet post where a guy with a Subaru WRX said he avoided a tree falling on his car because he was able to quickly...
Well I am a big fan of matte/muted colors, so I really dug how it was like a reserved mystichrome that doesn't scream in your face. It's a classy color changing paint.
Darkhorse for me.
Blue Ember is wins it alone for me, but the rest of the car is also sick.
Except for the tablet behind the steering wheel - they need to do a better integrated design like my 2020 digital display before I can buy in. I see new Mercedes are the same way, automakers should be...
5 things imo:
1) Goodyear tires are total junk and you are lucky they lasted this long
2) I would bet you are close to the end of life on those tires mileages wise anyway, the Michelin PS4S they used to come with didn't last this long (only 30k on those, and mine last only 16k)
3) You could...
You don’t even know that the new engine solved whatever issues were there. Possible it didn’t and the owner finally had enough and dumped it to be someone else’s problem.
How much is a warranty worth to you if it's likely the car will be in the shop/having problems more than another car, because it's a buyback/lemon with known issues and an engine replacement?
I want to buy and enjoy my car, not buy and worry about what will happen to it.
And everyone loves...
I ordered and received a 2019 that came with bad paint. Eventually after 10 months Ford took it back and replaced it.
During that time, yes I had a perfectly fine working car, but my stress levels and worrying was thru the roof.
That's how I'd feel buying a buyback/lemon car. Constantly...
I'll give you the answer once you come clean about the "cousin" driving it and "hydroplaning".
Name a more stereotypical explanation for a crashed Mustang, you can't. Not even leaving a car show causes this much carnage.
I decided to use BG instead of Motul because data on Motul is newer and BG has been used for the entire time the MT-82 is out. I'm no expert, just decided I liked the idea of the longer track record one in my daily driver.
I recently at 4.5 years and 33k miles changed the stock fluid to BG Synchro Shift II.
Immediately noticed positive change. Less clunking into gear and it just slides in easier.
My factory fill was also higher than what it said to add as the replacement, which I wonder could cause any issues...
