I removed the stock resonator and replaced it with the Borla touring resonator which is very similar to the Ford Performance resonator. The Borla touring resonator sounds slightly louder than the stock resonator.
The dealer I bought my GT from bought it at auction after being reposed by the credit union the previous owner financed it from. It was 5 years old with 25,000 miles on it. Only issue so far is that the a/c doesn't work.

Thanks, I think I am steering away from the switchfire (due to loudness) and leaning toward the Borla touring resonator with the internal H or the accelatec resonated x. I am just trying to decide if either one of these has any performance advantage over the stock resonator.
