DMS 4 post lift with the optional bridge jack. Also comes with a jack tray so I can leave one end on jack stands and have all 4 wheels in the air. Next step is to get a side mount garage door opener so I can actually utilize the whole height. I wanted the flush mount like @VictorH but I...
Is there something mounting the transfer case other than the custom transmission adapter? Just wondering if the weight pulling down is forcing lack of concentricity on the spline adapter you're using. It's been a while since I looked, but I feel like my F-150 has a bracket hanging the case.
This lines up with what my tuner told me.
I ended up replacing the pill with a different size orifice. Tried quite a few before I got it feeling perfect, but it's been so long my McMaster history won't bring it up.
I don't think you're gonna get a response from them. Last post was 2019. I don't have any ACTUAL information, but I doubt they updated the tune. The cost to have CARB testing done would be prohibitive.
@Unas2k5 You can feel the syncros through the shifter if you shift too fast. Even with my race spec/standard I can feel when I overdo it. It's not like the syncros will wear without giving you feedback. You'll be fine either way. Also, just FYI the shifters absolutely break in. I'd say...
Hey guys, 40k miles in. Starting to get a slight squeal-type sound after my commute home when it's hot and the car is at temp. Anybody have issues with the bearings on the tensioner or idlers that they can point to as a potential cause? Need to find my stethoscope because I can't narrow down...
Never got a notice. It also doesn't show up on NHTSA's website for unfulfilled recalls. All I'm seeing there is the backup camera thing (which I won't take in til it acts up).
Happened to me today at 9yo with 76k miles. Thought my TB was dying because of the way I had to limp it home. Not sure why, but I was never notified of the recall. Apparently KY isn't on the list, but I thought they had to notify anyway...?
Bought a Dorman part a guy mentioned on youtube...

Age old oil question. For what it's worth, my old girl will be 9 next month. I've been running the EB for the last 40k miles (36k at install) with 5w-30 Pennzoil Ultra Platinum and a half bottle of Ceratec (got rid of the tic). She's still going strong, but I don't have my foot in...
The #15811 changes the size of the MAF cross section, so it would require a tune update. Stock TB is 80mm and Edelbrock's is like 103mm. No way the same inlet tube fits. Also, that aluminum piece in the kit looks like an adapter for the throttle body, but if this is the newer modular design...
People on the forum refer to that as the "rubber band effect." What you're probably feeling is lateral movement in the big rubber bushings that isolate the rear IRS subframe. Does it tend to happen more over corners when there is a slight bump or crowning that would unload the weight on the...
Steeda Extreme G-Trac 4 point k member brace for a 2015-2023 Mustang. Good condition, but could use a coat of paint. Only removed to install the BMR version to get clearance for the bridge jack on my lift. $125 obo, pickup in 40014 only.
I have a DSS carbon fiber on my '15 GT manual. No issues and I've been running it for 40k+ miles. I know DSS can be hit or miss, but I guess I got a good one. Have heard nothing but good things about QA1, but they're much more expensive.
For anyone who's looking, @compprep sent the gauge pillar out quickly and was easy to work with. Sucker came in the original box with instructions! Would definitely recommend.
