  1. Virginia Low Profile Trailer Hitch

Notes: a community member has stated he tried this model hitch on a 2019 GT and had clearance issues on the quad-tipped exhaust. Those with active exhaust will also need to move a clip on the exhaust.
  2. Virginia Heated Seat Module - New Part - JU5T-14C708-BL

This is a new and un-used heated seat controller module, this part is normally located under your driver's seat. This is the part Ford switched to after some of the early-S550-model-year heated seat modules would burn up around the ground pins. Original price: $539.18 Sale price: $380 OBO...
  3. Virginia Low Profile Trailer Hitch

If your Mustang is your only car, you might consider adding some functionality with a trailer hitch. Ford states that you can tow 1,000 lbs with either an EcoBoost or the V8 (this hitch is rated for 2,000 lbs if you're bold). That means you can tow a motorcycle/ATV, jet ski/kayaks, hitch-mounted...
  4. Heated and Cooled Seats Not Working on Model Year 2019

I have no warranty left because I drive a lot. Tech notes and other repair information: A HEATED/COOLED SEAT TROUBLES, NO AIR FLOW COMING FROM EITHER SEAT. HOT OR COLD VERY LITTLE FLOW FROM RIGHT SEAT, NOTHING FROM LEFT SIDE. 150.00 Below that it says "S56" and repeats the above...
  5. Heated and Cooled Seats Not Working on Model Year 2019

Conclusion for historic record - the problem was in fact the driver's side blower unit, not the TED unit. This came with a hefty price tag to fix. The Ford technicians replace the blower and simply software re-set the other seat and it has been working for several months closing in on a year now.
  6. Heated and Cooled Seats Not Working on Model Year 2019

Update for future readers. It seems in 2018 or 2019 Ford did some significant re-design to the heated and cooled seats. I noticed what appears to be a liquid and coolant pump (?) under the seats. I am not aware of this existing on prior model years. shows what’s visible under the passenger...
  7. Heated and Cooled Seats Not Working on Model Year 2019

Thanks for the input. I’ve read that one and most people in the thread are referring to the original module being GU5T-14B663-AA (and causing problems) then after replacing it with BU5Z-14C724-A the problems went away. However neither module is present on my car. It seems that for the 2018 or...
  8. Heated and Cooled Seats Not Working on Model Year 2019

I have a 2019 EcoBoost with 61,000 miles, and like the prior model years the climate controlled seats have failed. The thing is, Ford changed the design and I can’t find any information relevant to my car in the forums. I don’t see the typical offending module with the burnt ground pin under my...
  9. When to get wheel alignment?

A follow up for anyone who comes across this in the future - the Mustang evidently has a pretty robust suspension system and even with a lot of abuse flying over railroad tracks and slamming into holes in Detroit roads, it was still in alignment.
  10. When to get wheel alignment?

Was wondering how often you guys do it, and how far out of spec you've been? I've always had trash cars so I never really bothered with alignment. But I hit a monster Wayne County pothole over the weekend and it got me thinking. The hole destroyed my right rear tire- a sharp edge ripped the...
