Having driven both on and off track (GT350R, mine; ZL1 1LE, friends) it really come down to what you are wanting in the vehicle. The GT350R will not equal the 1LE on the track, same day, same driver. From a street standpoint, the GT350R is the better vehicle.
Are those who receive student loan "forgiveness" going to return their degrees to the institutions that took the money? I mean, if you received the goods, you need to pay the debt. If not, the goods need to be repossessed.
It does. On the Nitto Drag Radials, it ran 11.98 @117mph at Beech Bend Raceway in Bowling Green, KY and with more track time with it, I'm sure it would go faster.
Yep. Full interior, A/C, power seats, windows and locks with dynamat in the doors and under the carpet in the cabin and trunk, 3198# without driver. I could probably shed another 10-15lbs with billet wheels.
Oh, and that is with a 6R80 automatic, not a lighter manual tranny.
I just don't understand. I mean, according to some, the Mustang is poorly-built, unreliable, overpriced and underperforming vehicle in all trim levels yet it continues to outsell the offerings of Ford's domestic competitors in the space. What does that say about the competition?
I have a Coyote-swapped, Maximum Motorsports suspension '90 Coupe and it is a delightful car to drive. Great handling, great power-to-weight and all the amenities one needs.
I never had any issues with spiders or insects while I was there (3+ years) but I did make sure to check my boots for scorpions before I put them on. :)
To be fair, I think the same person posted the same question on Camaro6 substituting the word "Mustang" for "Camaro". Likely just someone looking to stir the pot. And too many are falling for it.
For someone who claims not to visit Mustang-centric websites, BlaqWhole sure does pull a LOT of information from this website and seems to know each and every person who has anything non-complimentary to say about a Camaro.
You realize that no matter what the performance numbers are, some people wouldn’t touch a Corvette with a ten foot pole. Ultimate factory performance is not the only reason people buy cars.
