Is it that they prefer white or black or that dealers order those colors because they're safe and that's what you're stuck with when you buy one off the lot...
100% correct, the dealer I bought mine last weekend was asking $30k over and I walked out with it for MSRP. Dealers can ask whatever they want but it doesn't mean they'll get it.
I’m glad they separated the stripes since most CFTP cars were ordered for dealer stock and many felt obligated to get the stripes along with the CFTP. They have to check all the ordering options after all! lol
Hopefully we’ll see more painted stripe free CFTP cars out there in 21.
Unfortunately, we're seeing that across the country right now. It sucks because it keeps people like me who can't bring myself to chase a depreciating asset with good money that can be used elsewhere from buying one. I only have the C8 because my dealer ended up wanting to charge me $10k over...

The C8 is the easiest car I've ever driven to launch. It hooks and goes with the stock tires street or strip. The only way a GT500 beats it off the line is on a well prepped surface. The GT500 is clearly the faster car when you can get everything to go right from a dig. From a roll the GT500...

Order the 2021 the way you want instead of sitting on a car you can't drive for months. I'm targeting a 2021 build for early spring delivery with a local dealer.
It's likely they'll get more GT500s for MY21 & 22 because Ford will build more with the GT350 out of production. I wouldn't be surprised if we get a small bump in the starting price as well the next two years.
With that said, Ford announcing MY 21 & MY22 at once looks to be an effort to...
