I enjoy following the auctions now with the market correcting. I can understand rare limited production cars commanding them but the sheer volume of GT500s produced and the ADMs folks paid and in some cases are still paying is not my cup of tea. But itās their money and free to spend anyway they...
There were plenty listed within that radius. I wonāt travel long distances to buy a car. Never have and never will. The dealers insisted on an ADM and I said bye bye šš
Last year I contacted every dealer within 100 miles of my home on every GT500 that was listed on the Ford dealer inventory website and no one offered their GT500 at MSRP. Glad I didnāt buy one over sticker. The market is correcting š
I had one in my 2016 GT. Paid $450 shipped which I thought was expensive but on the other hand having a spare in a jam was worth the money in my opinion.
hers a brand new one with only $7,500 markup. The market is softening big time.

Ford GT is a rare highly desirable car and the sustained value, desirability and continued stable appreciation reflect that. GT500s are great cars but their production numbers are in the many thousands. Itās a special edition Mustang. Clearly not as rare a model. The market will decide in the...
If the seller didnāt pay an ADM and purchased at MSRP of $104,245 and add sales tax and insurance I would imagine the seller didnāt even break even on this GT500. I almost pulled the trigger on one a year ago but decided last minute against paying an ADM. Fast forward to a year later and can buy...
Reality is coming back to the car market. Dealers took a gamble holding these and now even local to me, I see GT500s sitting months in their showrooms. I feel sorry for all the folks who paid $20-30k markups. Too many of them have been built so the rarity isnāt there to make them a good...
Interesting comment on your part because mine had none. Thatās why I recommended going over the tire car before you sign the paperwork and take it off the dealer lot.
Before I signed the paperwork and picked up my 22 I went over it with a microscope and it was perfect. If I found anything I would have walked away. i never purchased a new car with any defects and I wasnāt going to do so with my 22. But hey thatās just me.
Bring it back and have them give you a new GT. I looks as if the car had a previous repair based on your posted photos. I would not accept it and I would not accept a repaint on a new car. Or they can refund you the cost of a repaint.
