Who has replace their stock heat extractors with something that is a bit more open. And did it actually help? I want to keep the stock hood but these stock extractors are only good for letting small amounts of liquid in.

Nope. Speaking with whipple the gen 3 opgs and cs are no different from the Ford Performance piece. They have a 2018 on e85 with a sealed engine stock opgs putting down close to 1000

So I purchased the green filter from Steeda. It works quote well. Looks great with EG like yours. Also since I now have a whipple, I am no longer on need of it. If you want it, I'd sell it and ship it to you cheap. Shouldn't be too much to ship from NorCal to you in Anaheim...

I believe what you'll find is many special ordered EG while FJG was dropped on dealer lots by Ford.
