alignment can be ok with wheel centering 'off'.
you need your steering wheel centered, but that will require tweaking the alignment with the wheel centered. First thing he should have done.

My battery is only a couple months old, and reads 14.6 a lot.
When new, and trickle charged overnight, was as low as 13.8 while driving.
Took a couple days to come up to 14.6.
I interpreted that to mean the car doesnt put as much charge into it as a daily driver, than the surplus overnight...
I like the look a lot. However I bought them primarily due to the cars interior getting combustibly hot in the summer. That and a windshield sunscreen are necessary I find.

Dealers will generally try to low-ball you ... but over the years I find they generally will match the blackbook high trade in value, and in some circumstances up that if you car shows well or is a popular model.
