The bottom line is for those tire sizes you need wider wheels. And 315 in the rear would be appropriate for a staggered setup (for example, 20x11 wheel in the rear).

The Atak with headers is super loud. If you're as loud as that with stock manifolds, I think something might be off with your setup. :)

I worked at Ross Tower in downtown Dallas from 2011 to 2021. I parked in a garage at Patterson and Ervay St. Some of my co-workers parked in one at San Jacinto and Ervay. I never had any issues or heard of any co-workers having their cars vandalized, etc.

I've seen pics of Royal Maroon B429s online but never knew whether the color was more rare or not. I saw this red one a few months ago in Sam Pack's collection. I'd take one in any color, lol.

When I had my 3.7 it droned with cheaper mufflers, even when I still had the stock resonator in place. Eventually I got a Borla S-type axle back, and the drone was gone. Still no drone with the Borla mufflers and an X-pipe. This tells me the muffler design is the primary factor in limiting...

Put about 200 miles on it cruising from DFW up to a Nocona, TX. We visited a cool classic car museum that was a Chevrolet dealership back in the day.

If that was the case, I don't think Ford Performance would sell separate Sport and Touring axle backs. The mufflers must be different.

Interesting. Others have reported the OEM ones light up red while certain aftermarket options have a more pink shade to them.

It's more of an overall wear and tear issue for me. I put 10-12k miles per year on the Mustang just from weekend meets, cruises, etc. and trips across the country. It's nice not to add daily mileage to that, and to keep it out of bad weather.
