When I shift down to 4th or 3rd gear on the Hwy with my supercharged GT, GF knows what's next.. "please don't.." she goes, and I give her the Arnold Schwarzenegger stare.. 😅
With all respect, I think its just a childish plan. Leave the car at home, its only a month. For 12 months or more, maybe. I wouldn't do it. Too many things can go wrong.
I totally like the idea since my GF and myself enjoy riding the bicycles. How do you get on to the roof, and off, without some sort of stepping stool, or even a ladder? I probably would scratch up my roof pretty bad without help.
I think the body is wider in the back and the car has a squared tire setup. Who knows what's going on. I myself showed it to a buddy of mine and it reminded him of a Plymouth "Superbird" like the one below.
Keep in mind the B/O CD player does not play data CDs, those you fill up with MP3s, already tried that route.. 😅
EDIT: maybe fmods.net has a solution? Need to research..
I use my BO CD player because I am too lazy to rip things to USB, plus I can never find the right USB to begin with when driving. Plus its impossible to navigate the USB when full of ripped CDs, at least for me. The dash menu never works, or is laggy.
CD in, play, enjoy the drive.
Nothing yet, but can't wait to get back home! Drove a Toyota rental on Atlanta's highways.. many GTs passed me.. felt like a schmuck! 🤪 my ride is waiting at the airport in Fort Lauderdale.
