I've moved your thread to the UK section. Can't weigh in on the midlands but I'm sure someone else can. There are competent places around, general rule is avoid the main "Ford Stores" and main dealerships.
Yep, lean on it a lil too hard and the panel will pop in and leave a dent/crease. I learn't that the hard way. PDR sorted it out, and as it was self inflicted I was happy to pay the fee. But I'd be pissed if a randomer had passed by and left a dent, even if by accident.
Pulled up next to this Bullitt in Sainsburys newbury yesterday, met the guy before at the Newbury monthly meet. Didn’t bump into him tho, otherwise i would have said hello
Annoyingly I wasn’t in the stang!
I was fortunate enough to spend a weekend on a boat, we stayed on a buoy in Beaulieu in the south of the UK, it was a beautiful spot, never known peace like it. Sunset photo was from after 10pm, patiently waiting for the water to become motionless, and it got very close! A little cold at 5am for...
Quite extreme for a clean but I like your style! How difficult was it to prize the bumper away from the clips? Mine suffers from the "sagging" where the bumper is clipped in at the sides, I think some of them have partially snapped too. Ford tell me that with the bumper off and some careful...
Horrendously overpriced, really dislike the front bumper. Not keen on the fenders and rear valance. Interior is done well (seen it on another site). Do like the wheels.
i’ve also heard that the power is nowhere near as advertised, so my feeling is the price tag is for the name and bragging...
Couldn't help myself...a collection of mine from over the years.

Good observation, 100% agree. I suffer hard water and washing in the sun (hard to avoid). Finish Spray Exterior by Koch Chemie has been my friend for years now. It does a superb job at wiping away hard water marks where detail sprays sometimes struggle. It's essentially a slightly acidic detail...
Interesting photos, quite nasty streaking you have there. Sounds like you are doing the right things, but I would ask about your towel situation...what are you using as a drying towel? Do you have good quality drying towels that you only use for the drying task? Also, how are they washed...
Yep, already joined ranger6g forum! The next gen ranger is a beauty, for me it's pretty much a small F150. The Raptor is an absolute beast, and the only petrol engine (I believe), so that's the one I'd have.
