Sorry. I was under the impressions one could simply call the train company phone number(s) (as shown in the screenshot below) to get that information. Things could have changed.
If your dealer gave you a DORA sheet, it has both a Dealer Code and a Sales Code. With that information you can contact Ford Performance during business hours to try and get an update on your order. Below is the link:

When I placed my order last December, there were two documents I was given on that visit by my dealer.
The DORA sheet.
The Purchase Agreement.
No waiting for these, as I signed them right there at the dealership on that first visit, and took them home in hand that very day. If you are being...
Meet TentacleKitty (my forum username). TentacleKitty has been the constant riding companion in both my previous 2015 GT, and now my new 2022 GT. I got TentacleKitty years ago from a vendor at a local Comic Con show. They are available online here...
In addition to what has been mentioned in the previous posts of this thread, I requested:
Do not peel off any of the factory-installed protective plastic film covering various items/surfaces on the interior (i.e. door handles, door lip on both sides, etc.).
Do not make an extra trip/drive away...
I'm glad the Ford Performance route worked for you. I had probably similar frustrations with my dealership/salesperson with responsiveness & communications in my car buying experience, and I fast learned Ford Performance to be a better route for information.
Thinking and reflecting on what you...
I say bypass your dealer for updates, and contact Ford Performance during business hours to get the latest updates on your order. Ford Performance can be more helpful.
I wrote a previous post explaining more on this, at the link just below...
A couple of things:
Do you have the DORA sheet from when you placed your order with your dealer? If you don't know what a DORA is, here is a post on that: https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/haven’t-received-a-confirmation-email-from-ford.173942/page-2#post-3522677
With the information...
When I ordered my car last December, the DORA sheet showed a Priority Code of 19. But moments after I was handed the sheet, the guy placing the order in the system (known as WBDO) said it converted to Priority Code 10. Showed it to me on their WBDO screen.
Not sure if Ford's order...
With regard to engine break-in, I read some interesting information from other members in this forum thread, at this link:
https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/break-in-procedure.157199/
In the thread above, there is mention about getting the new engine piston rings to seat properly. See...
It was about 12 weeks for me. Here is a link to my full timeline, as I documented every step of the way:

Below is a link to a more complete post I did on it a few months ago. In my post I also have a YouTube video, and if you watch starting around the 16 minute 40 second mark, you can see how that guy described and did his railcar tracking...
I am surprised to see Ford Performance giving out railcar numbers (now). I was previously told this was something they did not do. I asked back in March, and they said (at that time) sorry, they couldn't give me that information.
Well, if you have the fortune of knowing a specific rail car...
I found the company that handles the local deliveries (via the unloading railyard), and then found a way to get access to their tracking system. Once I had the account, I was able to login and search by my car's VIN and monitor all the details. Below are screenshots of how detailed I was able...
+1
I was lucky to be able to track my car's last step in delivery almost in real-time from the local railyard, and by truck (10 miles) to the dealership. As soon as I saw it being trucked to the dealer, I immediate called my sales guy, and told him I'm coming in to get the car.
I missed by a...
Very interesting what the sales manager said. A seal issue on (some?) recently built Mustangs, causing an oil leak? I'm curious if anyone has more information about this. Thanks.
You raise an interesting point about activating. When my car showed up at the dealership, that was when I first downloaded the FordPass phone app (iOS/iPhone in my case), put in the VIN and "activated" the app to be linked to my car. That was when I could "see" it in terms of mileage last...
I don't believe every single line of the Modules ("BCE Modules" as seen in the screenshot example below) has to be filled out. If you are seeing data for your VIN, then that is confirmation (a "good sign") that things are happening production-wise with your vehicle. Conversely, if you get NO...
