The combination of the rpm belt with a griptec pulley seems to be a bit too aggressive for the belt.

Do you want to drive it fast on the german Autobahn? Then you should invest into forged internals and pistons with bigger ring gaps. The stock rings are an issue when you push the limit.
The rattle reminds me of my Bellhousing Spacer Plate between the motor and the transmission, but it doesn't make sense it stops when you squeeze the headers. Another source of rattle might be the line near the cat.
My rims are 10" wide and 285 is unfortunately the maximum width officially allowed on the wheels. I consider to go wider, but I will have to look for a whole new set of wheels. I think 315 is max for the GT over here.
