    Mach 1 performance “very very close to the GT500”

    Not too surprised they would be close (on a short course). The current PP2 pulls more cornering Gs than the GT350 because of the 305's on all 4 corners and then bump it to 480 HP, its getting closer to the GT350. On the same tires my lap times are equal to GT350s.

    From this thread " The word is that there are two limits: an initial warning of too hot gear oil, somewhere around 260F, and a final warning/limp mode, somewhere 280-300F. " Which sounds about right I was getting the first warning at 265F. I never kept going to get the second and limp mode.

    The reason I posted about Driven Racing products is that their claims are that they reduce heat. The gear lube claiming 15 degrees. And I had someone with first hand experience using Driven Racing products in BMW track/race cars that indeed that was their result.

    That's all that is required. The temp switch comes with the kit and installs in the fitting at the drain plug. At 190 F it trips and sends voltage to the relay with turns on the fan and the pump.

    Nope. I tried to state this in my post. For pump longevity you want it cool as possible thus plumbed after the cooler. Before the cooler it would be running much hotter. The pump can suck through the cooler just fine. Its like your garbage disposal, you should run it with cold water not hot...
