Well like I said an hour was the sound tube. He actually unbolted it, rather than just yanking it out. It was the correct part, and i think in this thread or another several months ago others had the same issue. The solution was to fit it as best as possible then after a heat cycle or 2 loosen...

I set up the FP account, did the procal back up of factory calibration, and then took it to the ASE shop for the parts install. The ProCal part is super simple, and you can do it in 5 minutes. I can turn wrenches just fine, but I never once did any sort of tune/obd/whatever updates, changes...

It works ok. Gets the water out of the crevices pretty well. No way could you use it to dry the whole car though as its tiny. I think I paid 80 for it in the store. Definatly worth it if it were like 50 bucks but at a hundred... i dunno.

I second this. Dr color chip took care if my 1k miles rock chips. Antimatter blue, and im the only one who ever seems to be able to spot the repair.

I wash mine weekly. Never gets water in there.

Just saw a Gt350R heritage at our local car meet. Its parked right next to one of the same owner's gt500 track packs. Beautiful car. Will snap a pic when i go back later if he is still there.
