  1. Never Normal Mode

Normal in the manual is not "bad", but it sure as hell ain't Sport+. I drive in Normal only until the cylinder head temps are normal, and I shift around 3K. After that it's "give em hell dale".
  2. What did you do to your S550 Mustang today?!

    Yeah mine is $50/year
  3. Are Nitto NT555G2's really that bad for a stock GT?

Yep. They easily got squirrely with my manual PP2. The SuperSports grip so much better and don't get wild in the same situations.
  4. Are Nitto NT555G2's really that bad for a stock GT?

Best I can tell the G2's had 5-10k miles on them when I bought. They are terrible on the rear. Put super sports on last month in 305/35/19, so much better. PS4S going on the front next month to replace G2's (285/35/19).
  5. What did you do to your S550 Mustang today?!

    WOW. That's a joke.
  6. What did you do to your S550 Mustang today?!

LOL. I've had a few triggered teslas even before the tag.
  7. Custom plates, let's see them!

    60 days later, mine arrived.
  8. What did you do to your S550 Mustang today?!

Took 60 days, but got my tag in.
  9. Anybody bored with their car?

Drive mine daily, love it. I take the long way just because I like driving it. Windows down weather is music to my ears, and everyone loves the car.
  10. Tire Traction?

After more time of spirited driving, cars ass end is so much more in control with the super sports vs the 555 G2's. All that is in S+ mode.
  11. Oil Pressure at Cold Start up

I saw the same reaction with 5w-20 and 5w-30. Spikes to max, then drops down after bypass on cold start. I never drive mine hard until both the engine coolant temp is normal AND the cylinder head temp is normal. Sub 3k rpm shifts.
  12. Tire Traction?

Little late, but I just went from 555 G2's on the back (305/35) to Pilot Super Sports. Those Nitto's aint even in the same league with rear tire traction. Going to change the 285/35's up front out for PS4S early next year.
  13. Piston skirt redesign to reduce slap. It's not DI pump noise

I bought mine last October with 14k miles. Randomly heard an idle tick, that was a random noise. Since going to 5w-30 Full Syn this summer, I haven't heard it since. Not saying that's a fix, just what I know. The 2K rattle is what it is, and we know it is a function of the car.
  14. What did you do to your S550 Mustang today?!

Yeah, I've been up against the eco on I10. Um, walked the dogs. If you are giving them hell in an eco, props to you for driving.
  15. What did you do to your S550 Mustang today?!

Yeah, 285/35 on front. Replacing them early next year with PS4S. Strangely it seems to turn fine, but the rears just didn't hold.
  16. What did you do to your S550 Mustang today?!

Changed out rears from the terrible Nitto's to the Super Sports. Left shop, warmed up, even overinflated they gripped in two scenarios where those ish other tires would have spun a little. Also, like how it sticks out around the wheel for some protection. Good job Michelin.
  17. 285/35/19 stock suspension pics please

    285/35/19 front 19x10 SVE 305/35/19 rear 19x11 SVE
  18. What is your Christmas wish list?

Nothing for Christmas, in the middle of a move. Q1 wants are the FP rear spoiler with gurney and whipple gen 5 stage 2, upgraded oil pump and crank gears, and half shafts
  19. Bought a used Mustang and I don't feel good about it, I need opinions and expert insights

Mine nibbles when cold. If I press the clutch in and go into first too fast it bumps a little. Other than that I can make screeching 1-2 and 2-3 shifts in this thing when hauling arse, it just eats. I dont have cold idle issues.
